Amazon India has introduced its new and affordable Amazon Prime Lite membership plan for shoppers in the country. This plan, which was previously available to select users, now offers similar benefits to the regular Prime membership plan. Here’s what you need to know about the new Amazon Prime Lite membership plan.

Pricing:
The cost of a 12-month membership in the Amazon Prime Lite service is Rs 999. Currently, only an annual plan is available, with no monthly or quarterly options. The Prime Lite membership plan is cheaper than the regular Prime membership, which costs Rs 1,499 for a year.

Benefits:

Prime Lite members will enjoy free two-day and standard delivery, as well as the option of No-Rush shipping to eligible addresses. Additionally, members will receive Rs 25 cashback as part of the plan.
As part of the Prime Lite membership, Amazon is offering 5% cashback on purchases made on the Amazon India website using an Amazon Pay ICICI Bank credit card. However, digital and gift card purchases are exempt from this offer and earn 2% cashback instead, in addition to rewards earned everywhere else you shop.
With the membership, users can stream an unlimited number of HD movies, TV series, and videos from India and other countries on up to two devices.
Early access to lightning deals on the Amazon India website is a benefit of Prime Lite membership. Additionally, users will have access to daily specials, flash deals, and more that are only available on Prime.
